DO NOT SPAM: Our provider (the company that issues your checks) will terminate you immediately if you are reported spamming, this is strictly against our T.O.S. Do that and we will terminate your account and you will not be paid for all current and recurring sales that you have due to you.

Any webmaster account found altering in any way the HTML code of any websites will be terminated. Any traffic or signups received in this fashion will be stripped of their referring webmaster code.

Revshare payouts are sent by CCBill.

We are not liable for downtime due to the following reasons; faulty server, Internet weather, processor downtime, or other anomalies that may occur in the day to day operations of websites. We will do our best to alert you to these conditions and provide you with alternative solutions should these situations occur.

We reserve the right to refuse any webmaster/company from joining the program. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time, giving webmasters 48 hours notice of such changes.

By joining our program, you are acknowledging that we can and will send out emails (newsletters) to all webmasters that join from time to time.

You may not hotlink any banners from our servers. This is grounds for immediate termination without pay.

We have the right to terminate any accounts left idle for more than 90 days.

These terms as stated above, will commence immediately upon completion of your application, and you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms.
